Hi there Reader! It’s been a couple of weeks since I’ve sent one of these, and I’ve really missed this little Sunday connection. I’ve still been in the kitchen cooking away, just hadn’t paused long enough to share our week with you. So I’m really glad we’re back here today. Last weekend was Easter, and we spent a few days away with family camping at Fort Wilderness. It was such a sweet time to slow down, cook outdoors, be together, and celebrate the resurrection of our Savior. It also got me thinking ahead to summer, all the grilling, easy cookouts, and those simple meals we lean on this time of year. If there’s something you’ve been wanting to make or need help with as you head into summer, just hit reply and tell me. I always love hearing from you. I hope you’ve had a restful weekend and found a little time to slow down (maybe you're catching a little Sunday nap as I send this). Around here, Sundays feel like a gentle reset, a chance to worship, to catch our breath and ease into a new week. I’d love to hear what you’ve been up to and especially what’s been cooking in your kitchen lately. Anything delicious? Here is what is new in my kitchen:Crock Pot Sausage, Potatoes and Green Beans (Swamp Potatoes)

💕 A Little Sunday Soul Food"A cheerful heart is good medicine." – Proverbs 17:22 I love this reminder, especially this time of year. There is something about a lighter heart, a shared meal, or even a simple moment that can shift the whole tone of a day. It does not have to be big or perfect. As you head into this week, I hope you find a few of those small, good moments. A little laughter around the table, something easy and comforting cooking in the kitchen, or just a quiet pause to enjoy where you are right now. Those moments matter more than we think. I hope you have a wonderful week ahead, friend.
